Developers posting stories like:
“House full of agents.”
“Packed briefing.”
“No space in the room.”
And I’m sitting here thinking… So what?
A room full of agents doesn’t mean a project is successful.
It doesn’t mean buyers are ready.
And it definitely doesn’t mean the market is healthy.
Let’s be honest for a second.
Right now is not the time to brag about crowds.
You’ve done billions in sales over the past few years. Billions. So tell me something…
You couldn’t wait one week before launching another project? Just One week.
Instead of showing off packed rooms, imagine doing something actually useful:
Teach agents how to guide their buyers.
Show them how to protect investors.
Explain what Dubai’s recovery plan looks like.
Give solutions to the people who already trusted you.
If a buyer is struggling with installments — give flexibility.
If someone needs time — give time.
If someone needs help — support them.
Leadership is not measured by how many agents attend your launch.
It’s measured by how you stand by your buyers when things get tough.
Stop celebrating the crowd.
Start respecting the people who trusted you with their money.
